3. Data collection on this website

3.1 Log files

Each time you access my website, technical data is automatically collected and stored in so-called log files. The following data is collected:

IP address and operating system of your device
Browser type, version, language
Date and time of the server request
File accessed
Referrer URL
Status code (e.g. 404)
Transfer protocol used (e.g. HTTP/2)

3.2 Contact and registration forms

When you contact me via the contact form or one of the registration forms, the information entered in the respective form is collected — depending on the form: name, email, phone, address, postcode/city, selected class or preferred date, on-site or online participation, and your message or remarks. This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry or registration.

3.3 Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your cookie decision). Only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner do I additionally set cookies for statistics and marketing purposes (see section 4). You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

3.4 Newsletter

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your email address and, where applicable, your name are stored in order to send you regular updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3.5 Newsletter analytics

My newsletter may contain tracking technologies to measure open and click rates. This data is collected anonymously and helps me improve my communication.

3.6 Registration

When you register for yoga classes, yoga therapy or small-group courses, the data entered in the registration form (see section 3.2) is collected. This data is used to organise and run the respective offering.

4. External services

To operate the website, I use the following service providers, which may process technical data (e.g. IP addresses): Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA), Sanity AS (content management, Norway) and Resend (sending of form emails, USA). Where data is transferred to the USA, I rely on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by Switzerland since 15 September 2024 (for certified providers), or on the standard contractual clauses recognised by Switzerland.

Google Tag Manager and web analytics (only with consent)

With your consent in the cookie banner ("Accept"), I use Google Tag Manager and the analytics services integrated through it, in particular Google Analytics 4. Cookies may be set and usage data (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate location) may be transmitted to Google, including to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; the collected analytics data is deleted after 14 months at the latest. If you choose "Necessary only", these services are not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this website's cookies in your browser — you can decide again on your next visit.
